Q:How to install the software of 5054A?

A:For the installation of 5054A,it is active version,do not need enter key.when you have installed the software on the CD from us,you may encounter this case:after you run VAS PC,it would say Hardware ID and want enter key.In fact it is no need enter key,don't worry about it. You can activate your software with the 8number that appeared when you installed the software .or if you can not do this,you just give us a 8 number,and our technician will activate your software for you.

Q:The activation code is correct, the Software can work now, but every time when I want to open the software I have to input a key. Always different, but it works.Is there any problems with the software? My software is V16 Germany.

A:Don't worry, if your software can work normally, it means there is no problem with your software. You encounter this problem, because you activate the software with the key which the supplier provides you.In fact it will encounter three different activation screen, when you start to activate it, you need to close the other two screen,just leave only 1 to activate it. But you didn't do like that.

If you don't want to encounter this problem any more, you just need to close it.

Tips:
Better to install the software on the computer with Windows XP system.
Better to close the Anti-virus software on your computer. Because the Anti-virus may recognise it as a type of virus, will clear off all the software on the CD.
